SfB Online Nois when not talking RRS feed

  • Hello,

    when we call each other via S4B everything is fine and no noise.

    But: When we are calling to the PSTN we hear a noise. The noise is only active when nobodoy is speaking.

    Does anybody know the reason?

    1. If you set your account in another computer, does the issue persist?

    2. Do other users in your organization have the same problem?

    Please change another audio device and make a test.

    Please open the skype for business Call Analytics in skype for business admin center.

  • Hello Leon,

    sorry, I didn't received any alert mails from this thread.

    As suggested by you we tried with another device and no noise.

    It's very important to not use cheap Headsets -> they really have to be certified for S4B.
