Hi,
Did you get any error message in the "Outlook Send/Receive progress" dialog when we manually click the
Send/Receive All Folders button?
Please first try repairing your Gmail account in Outlook to see if it helps. To do this, go to File > Account Settings > Account Settings, highlight your Gmail account and click Repair button.
If above doesn't help, please also try recreate the send/receive settings file (.srs) to see the result. Close Outlook, find the srs-file from the following path and then rename it to .old. Then, restart Outlook to see the result.
