User profile synchronization not completed

    I am a problem with my user profile synchronization (full or incremental) and our Active Directory.

    In the history, we can see that the sync took place, but it didn't (when we look for a user profil, we can see that the Country field which was filled in in the AD, is not synchronized in the SharePoint Central Administration) and the duration is at 0.

    We checked the permissions on the Central Administration site and in the AD tool. There is no problem.

    Any idea where I can investigate?

    We analyzed the issue. It is a problem of FIM sync, we are going to change it by the AD Data Import functionality.
