Troubleshooting 1603 errors installing App-V 5.1.86.0, related to the AppVStrm.inf or AppvVemgr.inf drivers
Issue: When installing the 5.1.86.0 client you may see sporadic instances where the client will not install.
Symptoms:
- SCCM reports that a 1603 error has occured during installation.
- The msi installation log (logname_#_CoreX64.log) contains one of the following errors

Workaround Steps:
- Stop the Interactive Services Detection service on the affected machine
- Re-run the install from SCCM
