    The exchange trouble shooting assistant performance tools gives warning that " The Top 10 user account for 74% of the MAPI" How do I find these users?

    Hello,

    If your Exchange version is 2003/2007/2010 you can try to use Exmon.

    Hi,

    As ZaZa said, you can use Exmon to check these 10 users if you use Exchange 2003, 2007 or 2010.

    ExMon enables administrators to view and analyze how individual users affect the health and performance of an Exchange server, including CPU usage and network traffic. It also enables administrators to view and analyze how those individual users' experience is affected by the server.

    Hello, thank for you response. When I run Exmon the it shows various users and their cpu usage. It fluctuates but doesn't indicate one specific user or mailbox. Am I missing something here?
