How do I add more questions per page on the SMPORTAL RRS feed

  • Question

  • Is there any way to add more lines to the smportal. I created a service request and on the smportal it shows four pages worth of items. I was wondering if there is a way to have more displayed on one page and if possible, remove the big white space on the bottom.

    the bottom of the page.

  • It is possible to modify the number of questions per page, this can be done via the settings.xml. Valerie has written a nice blogpost about that:

Your second question is related to the masterpage of the Self-Service Portal. You can customize it and remove the white space overthere.

But I haven't tried that one myself. I would suggest to create your own masterpage based on a copy of SMPortalPage.master to try that second part and not directly editing the SMPortalPage.master.

  • It did not work right away. I found another blog post that worked. It seems that you have to change he default results per page first. You change it to something else and then change it back to 5. This worked right away for me. The master page, I will play around with once I am done with all the configurations. Thanks for your help
