  Hello,

  For VS 2012 there is no old BIDS plugin available, "only" the new SSDT = SQL Server Data Tools and they can be downloaded for free.

  SQL Server Data Tools (SSDT) is indeed the replacement for Business Intelligence Development Studio (BIDS) which has been included in versions of SQL Server prior to SQL Server 2012. If you select "SQL Server Data Tools" feature when install SQL Server 2012, SSDT is contained in the Visual Studio 2010 Shell.

  If you did not install SSDT with SQL Server, you can download and install SSDT for Visual studio, it is available for both Visual Studio 2012 and Visual Studio 2010
