Token invalid RRS feed

  • Since I reinstalled my Microsoft Authenticator App on my phone, I cannot access XTM Cloud anymore. Before it had worked correctly.

    After reinstallation I added an Account to the App through the barcode as before - I used a barcode the agency I am working for provided me with through a PDF guideline, while before (when using it the first time) XTM had generated a barcode on the website I had used to add the Account to my App.

    The agency reassures me, though, that this barcode is working for everyone using it except me (Test-Administrator-AdminLinguist).

    I enter my username and password in the XTM Cloud, I am asked for a Code, I use the barcode to generate a code in the App, the code won't work and it says the token is not valid.

    XTM Support says the problem is on the User side and asks me to get in touch with the App Support.

    What can I do? Many thanks for your help in advance.
