New Change Request Status not changing RRS feed

  • Hi,

    We are using SCSM 2012 .On logging a ticket in Change Management ,the status of the ticket is 'New'and the status is not getting changed to 'In Progress'

    We have Deleted the OOB List containing the 'Area' in the Change management form. Could this be the culprit

    Appreciate any pointers on how to fix this issue ?

  • Hi,

    Make sure that the services named System Center Management and System Center Management Configuration is running. You might try to restart these services as well.
