  • Hi,

Would like to give a small suggestion,

Can you mark DVD drive with any other drive name & try

Suspect Sata & DVD drives are considering the same name.

  • Hi Mike Lukaczyk,

Is the DVD listed as "D"?
We could check the registry keys` value.
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\MountedDevices
If the DVD and the second drive uses the same drive letter, we could try to rename the DVD drive. Reinstall the DVD drive driver from the device manager. It should be listed again.
In addition, we may need to un-tick "Hide empty drives" option of Windows Explorer.
    Windows Explorer \View\Options\View\Hide empty drives.

    Best regards
