    I have installed Service Manager 2012 in our development environment some time ago, and the evaluation period has expired, so the console is not running anymore. 

    I saw that it is not possible to add a product key in that version of Service Manager, however there was a tool offered in the past as seen in older posts. Is it still available somewhere?

    As far as I know this is only possible with open a support ticket a Microsoft in a supported way. Please don't shot the messenger ;-)
