Only allow printing to one printer RRS feed

    Our users have installet printers in ther roaming profiles.

    When they logon to a specifik computer, they must only be abel to print to one of the installed printers.

    Is that possible to setup? If yes... how;)

    Hi,

    On the specific computer, you can set permissions to restrict the use of printers or create a "NoAddPrinter" value in registry.

    Set permission
    --------------------
    In the Device and Printer, right click the printer, select Properties, and then click Security tab.

    Create Registry
    ---------------------
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer

    Value Name: NoAddPrinter
    Data Type: REG_DWORD (DWORD Value)
    Value Data: (0 = disabled, 1 = enabled)

    Hi Niki,

    We have about 60 printers. Students install thise printers them self, so we do not konw witch printers there are installet in the users profile when they logs on to the computer where they only are allow to print to one specifik printer.

    So what I need is a way to disallow printing on any printers exept one.

    Is that possible to set up?
