Looking for a script / command line to remove the *Session credential from the Credentials vault RRS feed

  • Question

  • I'm in need of a way to remove the *Session credentials via a script / command line.
    I support a large number of remote clients and due to SSPI conflicts I end up having to manually remove my *Session credentials multiple times per day.
    It would be extremely helpful to be able to do this via a script.
    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks in advance,
    Doug

  • There is a command-line program in windows 7 called vaultcmd

    We're testing out a script currently.  Will let you know the results.

  • I wrote a crude script that I keep using on my laptop. Save it as a .ps1 file and run.

    $AllCreds = cmdkey /list
    $AllTargets = $AllCreds | Select-String -Pattern "Target"
    foreach ($TString in $AllTargets)
    {
        $Target = $TString.ToString()
        $Target = $Target.split("=")[1]
        cmdkey /delete:$Target
    }
