Dear Team,
Unfortunately, The KB3115431 security updates deployment to all Workstation via SCCM.
Currently , We using Lync for all Workstations.
We need to uninstall the KB from all workstation with /quite /no reboot
Could you please let me know the uninstall string for this KB article. Thanks.

By my understanding, you want to uninstall KB3115431 without rebooting all workstations (if I misunderstand, please be free to let me know). If that, please refer to the following link to remove a patch:
