· Installed SCOM agents on all the exchange servers.
· Enabled Agent proxy on all the exchange servers.
· Install windows 2008 cluster MP
Still same issue

Ahh. This sounds normal. Clustered entities are always managed agentlessly. In a cluster, one side will usually be off - so will show up as not monitored.
The little white circle "not monitored" is misleading. If there are rules being used to do the monitoring they don't count as "monitors" and thus the little white circle is displayed.

You installed agents on all servers - so how is this an agentless scenario?

Exchange 2010 DAG is like cluster object which gets monitored in SCOM. The virtual name of the DAG is appearing in the Agentless Monitored but status shows not monitored. so need some guidance how to make this work.
