Critical battery warning on Win 7 desktop RRS feed

  • Question

  • I just installed Win 7 on a partitioned Mac Mini (desktop)...500gb hard drive space allocated to each, 16gb RAM.  Using CyberPower UPS and the computer hibernates while I'm typing, printing.....at will.  What gives?  I've read articles where this occurred while using PowerChute UPS software back in 2010, and I would have thought that by 2013 I'd be allowed to change the critical battery % from 98%!

  • Hi,

Maybe the UPS is not compatibility with your computer, I recommend you remove the hardware and using the built-in power management.

Meanwhile, please contact the CyberPower support for further help.
