Calendar that is not bound to an actual user RRS feed

  • Question

  • I would like to create calendars for each user on my team so I can populate it with "busy" time and see what time is left for projects. The only way I can see to do this is to go to "Groups", create a new Group and pull in their Exchange calendars. The problem is that it is linked to their calendars and it is full of their appointments and meetings.

Is there a way to create new calendars that are blank that I can name whatever I want?

We are using Exchange 2007 and I am on Outlook 2010.

    Thanks in advance.

  • Hi,

As per my knowledge, it is not possible. But I think you can try to create a new mailbox and then share it to your team members.

Besides, you can ask Outlook forum to get more:

    Hope it helps.

  • Thanks so much for answering. I always wonder if I'm in the wrong place when i get no response. I may actually create those Exchange mailboxes since there are only 7 in total.
