Skype for Business On-premises iPhone/iPad cant sign in

Question

Hello,
I recently installed Skype for Business On-premises on our network. Currently only testing in house with front end server only, external access is not set up yet. All Windows PC's on the domain have no problem logging into S4B. Mac laptops can sign in. Android phones can sign in. iPhone and iPads cannot sign in, doing manual auto-detect server inputs.
For the 'manual' auto-detect I have tried:
https://lyncdiscover.domain.com/autodiscover/autodiscoverservice.svc/root
https://sip.domain.com/autodiscover/autodiscoverservice.svc/root
https://'server ip:443'/autodiscover/autodiscoverservice.svc/root
I am at a loss. Been googling for about a week and can't find anything.
Thanks,
Kevin

Hi kdlowe22,
We know Galaxy S8 is working that SFB client on Galaxy S8 could connect to Skype for business server 2015, could you tell us how did you make it work? Did you try to other Android device to a test?
By my experience, if we want to use mobile feature for Skype for business server 2015, we must deploy reverse proxy in DZM for mobility, you could refer to the following link:

Hi Kevin,
I want to know how did Skype for business on Galaxy8 work when you didn’t deploy reverse proxy server in DMZ. Please refer to the last suggestion in my first reply.

I don't know how or why it worked. I was connected to the internal Wi-Fi in the office and it logged me in.Saturday, May 20, 2017 7:16 PM

Hi kdlowe22,
For my knowledge, we need to configure reverse proxy server in DMZ as my above suggestions.
