iOS devices don't show up in System Center after enrolling device RRS feed

  • Question

  • HI all,

I have a problem with enrolling iOS devices via Intune/SCCM. The problem is that the device is not showing up in SCCM after enrolling, the enrollment process itself works fine. I can logon via the company portal and install the management profile. When i enroll a Windows device it immediately add's the device to SCCM in the 'All Mobile Devices' collection. Does anybody knows what is going wrong here?

    Regards,

    Remy

  • It's possible something is stuck in your CM environment or the cloud with the APNS.

Can you look at the DMPdownloader.log to see if you're receiving any APNS errors?  If you are, I would open a support case and they have some procedures to help resolve this issue.

    Thanks,

  • Do they ever show in the Admin Console?  If not, you may have a problem our support team needs to investigate.

  • No iOS devices never show up in the admin console. Tried to enroll an Android device yesterday and this one appeared directly in the admin console. So the problem is really with iOS

  • Is this the first time using your CM setup with Intune and iOS?  Or have you tried before and/or used a different APNS certificate?

    Thanks,

  • Hi Jon,

this is the second time, last year we had a test subscription. This time I used the same APN certificate for the new subscription, but last week I changed it because it was expiring..
