I get the following error with the above command.

When I check the log file under C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\ApplicationVirtualizationClient I don't get any logs past 23/04/13. How do I fix this?

If you used the command Get-AppVConnectionGroup - does that present a Connection Group with the above IDs?
The log-file you are reviewing is for the App-V 4.6 client - see this for more detailed App-V 5 logging;
