Forbid anonymous join for your users RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello,

I am new to S4B world, so the answer to following question might be obvious to others, but it isn't to me :) Is it possible for organization to technically prevent its on-premise S4B users from anonymously connecting to anyone outside organization, whether federated or not?

    Best regards, MSMS_MSMS

  • Hi,
let me try to understand your question: do you need to not allow to your clients to communicate with other SfB domains?
Open SfB Control Panel -> Federation and External Access -> External Access Policy -> edit Global policy or create a new one and disable options you do not want.

    Regards

  • I want my users to be able to join meeting, only when they are invited to meeting by an account from their organization, or by an account from organizations we have federation with. I don't want my users to be able to join meetings when they receive invitation from users other than those mentioned in previous sentence.
