Vista Restore to an earlier date. RRS feed

  • Question

  • I keep getting the message to Undate Adobe, and every time I undate it my computer crashes, and wont restart.  I get the message: Windows has experienced a fatal error and must shut down.   Then the computer won't restart.  After a couple hrs, I can restart it, the computer goes through a test, and it might load all the way or it will shut down again.

I tried to restore to an earlier date; however, the earlier date is not the date before the problems started. So I want to know, how can I restore to an date that is not listed?

I hope this makes since to someone out there.

I have a HP, it's about 5 yrs old, and I don't have the restore disc.

  • Hi,

When Windows won't start, try to boot into Safe Mode and try clean boot to check the result.

Or you can uninstall Adobe and reinstall it.
