SFB client displaying duplicate text in IM's RRS feed

  • Is anyone else seeing this behavior in SFB clients where the last line in the IM is duplicated?  I have several users complaining of this, just seems to have started about a month ago - client version is 15.0.4875.1001

    Regarding your issue, please try the following method:
    1.Delete SFB cache files and test again.
    %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Lync\sip_UserName@Domain.com2.Make sure your SFB client with the latest update.3.Perform a clean boot on your computer.https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/929135
    4.Please try to repair office.

    For SFB server side, make sure it has the latest update.

    We did see few reporting such issue but was resolved by clearing the  local cache file, could you try the steps suggested by Alice and let us know .

    For this issue, please check if you have installed the November update(KB 3127934&KB 3127939) for Skype for business, if you have installed it, please uninstall the update and test again.
