explorer shuts off my surface RRS feed

    explorer keeps shutting down my surface every ten minutes. It has trouble re starting, and the cpu is at 79% when inrun explorer. i tried to down load precess explorer but it says this app wont work on my pc. i don't know what to try next.

    Hi,

    When did this problem occures, according to your description, it seems like malware disturb explorer normal working.

    Firstly, please try to use Security software to scan your system.

    Secondly, please check Event Viewer if it identify this problem, if so, please provide the detailed information here.
