How to solve intermittent syncing? RRS feed

  • I have a single user with a XP 64bit workstation that on occasion, maybe once a week, will log on with the computer saying it's offline and needs to sync.  If he doesn't then Outlook throws its toys out the pram and won't let him view his PST.

    Network drivers are bang up to date and all sync settings are all correct.  I've already cleared his cache and rebuilt it twice.

    It seems like it's not getting a network connection quick enough, would this be accurate?
