Configuration Failed to Initalize

I'm not smart with computers I'm still learning. Each time I open my computer, a small box with a Icon come in 1st it states: Another Instance is running then it states: Configuration system failed to initialize. How can I fix that? or would I need to take it to a computer store?

Hi

This is a Visual Studio VB forum, maybe you could find a more appropriate forum elsewhere, One that suits whatever type of computer with whatever type of operating system you have.

There may be similar discussions which you could search for. You need to start by determining what application is running at startup, because the solution might simply be to not run it. See:
