    Firstly, could you tell us where the error message occurs?

    Based on my research, this error message most caused by operating system, software and drivers. I would like to suggest you use SFC tool and Windows Troubleshooter to fix it.

    For SFC tool, please refer the link below.

    For Windows Troubleshooter, you can go to "Control Panel" > "Troubleshooting“ > "Program Compatibility".

    Please kindly tell us whether it works.
