Antivirus service remediation from NAP RRS feed

    Under System health validator we have selected "Virus Protection - An antivirus application is on"
    If the service is off for the antivirus will the NAP remediation (Antivirus server is set us remediation server) turn it on?

    Hi,

    No, the WSHV does not turn services on or off. Likewise, if the Windows Firewall or Automatic Updates services are off, it will not turn these services on. It will only enable or disable specific settings within the service.
