Dear Umesh,
To manage your client computers form another machine can be done by 3 ways:-
1:- You can take remote desktop of the client computer
2:- you can use remote assistance because this will provide you more flexibility like you can do text chat, video and voice chat, and even your client users can see what the remote user is trying to do on his / her computer.
3:- Netting but this is not available in windows 7.
so, now you can use Remote Assistance to support your clients...
