Open and Save as dialog box doesn't work under Windows 7

Hello, in Windows 7 any of my application's Open or Save as dialog box stop responding. I use Windows 7. I'm looking for the solution for two days, I have read tons of forum posts about this but I did not find the solution for my problem. It might be a "broken link" which cause the dialog box freeze, but I cannot turn off any kind of scan or setup things differently. What should I do?
