UNINSTALL PROGRAMS IN CONTROL PANEL

IM A ADMINISTRATOR OF MY COMPUTER, IM TRYING TO UNINSTALL SOME PROGRAMS TO FREE UP SOME SPACE ON THE COMPUTER. WHEN I TRIED TO UNINSTALL IT IS TELLING ME (THE SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR HAS SET POLICIES TO PREVENT THIS INSTALLATION AND THEN IT SAYS (I DO NOT HAVE SUFFICIENT ACCESS TO UNINSTALL THIS PARTICULAR PROGRAM TO CONTACT THE SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR) I DONT UNDERSTAND, I USED TO UNINSTALL THEM AND NOW I CANT.. Hi,
According to your description, I understand you want to uninstall some programs in your computer.
Try taking the ownership of the C:\Program Files\ (the installation path of the program) and check if you can uninstall the program.
Refer this Microsoft KB article to take the ownership of the folder.

Client Operating system version
Software name
installation path
Admin access to your account: yes/no
file space
operating system service pack level
System last patched date
Any specific errors in event viewer.
