  • Hi

The only workaround available is to ignore and manually delete the messages generated in the Sync Issues folder.  Please update outlook 2010 to sp1.

  • Since there has been no update to this in a very long time from Microsoft.

I have a workaround  -- Since the email is Useless I created a Transport rule that simply deletes the message.

This way you do not have to bother users who do not want to see this in their unread mail.

    Rule:

    Sent to PEOPLE

When the Subject field contains  'Synchronization Log:'

Delete the message without notifying anyone.
