Online viewing of Excel in MOSS 2007 - RRS feed

  • Question

  • Any way to view excel files online without excel services? (MOSS 2007)

(Without excel client installation) -  It should be similar to Office We apps in SharePoint 2010.

If any third party components, please let me know.

  • If you don't want to use Excel Services, there is a freely available Excel Viewer plugin for IE which will allow you to "view" only, up to Excel 2007 in your browser.
