No receiving confirmation email of SNDS RRS feed

  • Hello,

    Since few days we didn't receive the confirmation email  from SNDS after adding ips  and choosing the email to receive the instructions and continue the process to JMRP.

    we didn't receive the confirmation mail from snds-authorization@outlook.com.

From the description in your thread, it seems that your issue should be more related to Outlook.com right?     I posted a question for exactly the same problem on the forum you suggested and the only answer I got was to post the question here!  Is this the sick game where customers get sent back and forth forever?
