UnAttended file for Windows 10 Pro 1809. x64 RRS feed

  • HI Team, 

    Can anyone help me with unattended file for Windows 10 Pro 1809 x64. I tried below unattended.xml file but it did not get applied on machine when checked the smsts log it come up with error "Failed to deserialize settings (0x80220001)"

    XML FIle:

  • What happens if you replace the following value? It can be found in two places in your file.

    <InputLocale>0411:00000411</InputLocale> --> <InputLocale>ja-JP</InputLocale>

    I think it doesn't recognize language pack settings.

  • Did you use notepad or other application to edit it?

    Did you save it as UTF-8?

    Don’t ever save UTF XML files with Notepad unless you save it as UTF (Save As and select UTF)

    Use the new Unattend_.xml.6.2 files for Windows 8 deployments!
