Would love some help with a Sharepoint I am working on. I have two areas - Area A can be accessed by a large number of people and Area B can only be accessed by a small team of people. Most Area A users do not have access to Area B.
Although most Area A users cannot access Area B, is it possible that within Area A I can link to specific files stored in Area B?
For example, if there is a contacts list kept in Area B, is it possible to provide Area A users wtih access to that
specific file (the list of Contacts) through a direct link, for example, even if they cannot normally access Area B of the Sharepoint?
I hope I have been clear enough. If anyone has any ideas it would be much appreciated!
