Picasa3 fails to start in Win 7 RRS feed

    On my new laptop Picasa3 fails to start under my login. If I switch user and login as my spouse then it starts OK.

    I tried it with and without Itune and QuickTime, it did not help.

    Hi SK-SD,

     

    If the user you mentioned is the user account in Windows 7, please create a new user account to test the result. For more information, please refer to this article: Fix a corrupted user profile

     

    However, if the user you mentioned is the user account for Picasa, try logging in your account from another computer to see if it works. Also, contact Google Support directly for assistance.
