Answers

  • There are no Windows 7 patches or hotfixes being issued by Microsoft for the AMD Ryzen CPUs.  Microsoft wants EVERYONE to use Windows 10 and has DICTATED this EDICT to the OEMs also.

You will have to visit non-Microsoft forums to find any patches or hotfixes for your situation

  • Hello Rick Dee!

I appreciate your time and response. So, at this point other then checking non-Microsoft forums would you suggest upgrading to windows 10 as the quickest solution? Thank You

  • Yes, based on the current situation with Microsoft dictating their imperialistic despotism about what version of Windows you are allowed to run on the newer hardware.

    You have no other choice.

  • Already on it. It would seem to be a new world because of this and it is frustrating and seems to be very restrictive. Thanks again for your time!

  • Were you able to get the BSOD fixed?

There was a misbehaving hardware driver identified.

If you still need help let us know.

Most likely it is the chipset causing the problem.  Microsoft has dictated to both Intel and AMD that they, Microsoft, do no want any hardware support for Windows 7 published.

In this link from the OP:  https://1drv.ms/u/s!AswkSgxjQIPhgRITZoEyJ8n362vy

The misbehaving driver was the NVDIA GPU drivers:  nvlddmkm
