Hi,
You mean downgraded to Windows 7 and can't unlock the driver?
Try to use your recovery key (not the password).
Compare the key record (Key ID)and ensure they are corresponding. Try to input the recovery key with the on-board keyboard manually.
Try to use the command line to have a troubleshoot(for example D:)
manage-bde -status D:
manage-bde -protectors D: -get
manage-bde -unlock D: -rp recovery ke
Meanwhile, you could use VMWare. Just virtually install your previous OS & try to decrypt the data.

The default encryption method in win10 (version 1511 and higher) is incompatible with windows 10 and what you see is expected behavior. So you need to reinstall windows 10 and decrypt the drive with Win10 v1511 or higher.
