    I am having trouble with my WSUS server not installing the KB3116278 update for my lone Windows 10 64-based system.

    Anyone else have a similar problem? or know a fix?

    Hi RobertalT,

    1. KB3116278 applies only to the Windows 10 Version 1511 OOBE process and will be available only at the time that OOBE updates are installed. Check if your computer meet this condition.

    2. If you are unable to see KB3116278 on the WSUS server, then check if you have selected OOBE ZDP in Products and Classifications.

    3. You may also install it manually on clients via downloading the KB from Microsoft Update Catalog and install it:

    http://catalog.update.microsoft.com/v7/site/Home.aspx

    If you are unable to install the KB manually on clients, then the KB might not apply to the computer.
