  • How do i fix a specific email address in exchange2003 that cannot send or receive emails outside of my exchange domain? help

  • Please compare the mailbox settings between the working mailbox and that specific problematic mailbox, see if there’s any difference

    Please increase the diagnostic logging of transport component on the exchange server, reproduce the issue, and then check if there’s any related event in the application log on the exchange server (Reference)

    If the test message stuck in the queue, please view the additional information on this queue via ESM (Reference)
