Unable to receive call/text for security code / Can even use the mobile authenticate app RRS feed

  • Hi,

    Urgently need your help. I am unable to sign to my work account as it says, my admin is requiring me to set up my security verification. When trying to set up the security verification i didnt get any text or call for the security code. I even followed your steps regarding the mobile authenticator app and all of them wont work/. Please take note that I have a very good signal and have also tried using different number and issue still persist.

    have asked assistance from my Admin however they are also unable to point out where the issue come from. Please help. This is my work account and cant function without accessing it. Thanks

    According to your description, I suggest you check as the following steps.

    1. Sign in to
    2. Select your account name in the top right, then select profile.
    3. Select Additional security verification.
    4. The Additional security verification page loads with your settings.
