Skype for Business Mobile App works but W10 App doesn't RRS feed

  • Hello,

    I can successfully sign in using the Skype for Business Mobile App for Android, but I am unable to sign in using the Windows 10 App. I get the following error message: 

    "Can't sign in to Skype for Business - The server is temporarily unavailable. If the problem continues, please contact your support team."


    It doesn't seem to matter whether or not I am already signed in elsewhere (Mobile App or work laptop). Has anyone else experienced this issue?

    Did you mean you can’t sign in SFB mobile app on your windows phone? Because there is no issue with Android device, it may be a client issue.

    Regarding this issue, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
    1. Update the system of your mobile device to latest as well as your SFB mobile client.
    2. Please try to use another normal windows phone test if there is the same issue.
    3. Try to reinstall the SFB application on your mobile device.
