Exchange16/ Outlook16 - client type MoMT exceeded the maximum of 32 objects of type Session.

Hi All,
I was hoping to get some assistance on this issue I'm experiencing.
Our receptionist continually disconnects due to exceeding the 32 connection limit and have already applied the following policy changes and applied it to her mailbox:
New-ThrottlingPolicy -Name MaxConnect -RCAMAXConcurrency Unlimited
Set-Mailbox -identity mbarton -throttlingpolicy MaxConnect
I can see:
[PS] C:\Windows\system32>Get-Mailbox -Identity xxxxxxx | select throttlingpolicy
ThrottlingPolicy
----------------
MaxConnect
Her client ran beautifully all week until today! Same policy applied, nothing changed. Any thoughts on how I can prevent this?
Any help is greatly appreciated!!
Aaron

Hi,
We may also need to add the following registry key:
Navigate to the location:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSExchangeIS\ParametersSystemThen add a DWORD 32 key named "Maximum Allowed Sessions Per User" and set the value with Decimal 500.
Then restart the Microsoft Exchange Information Store service to make the change take effect.
Meanwhile, if you are using cached mode in Outlook, please uncheck the "download shared folders" option under account settings -> change accounts -> more settings -> advanced.
Hope it helps.
Regards,
Manu Meng

Hi Manu,
Thank you for the response, I greatly appreciate it! I'll update these settings and report back. Do you think it makes a difference in the Registry vs the Admin Templates?
Cannot find a GPO to control this, the registry method is also a server side change.
Look forward to your good news!

Manu Meng
