PP2013 desktop client won't access online help RRS feed

  • How does Project Pro 2013 client access the online help at 

    My 2010 client connects just fine, but 2013 will not.  Is 2013 using a different address to connect to?

  • When you ask for help in Project 2013 are you seeing the Project Help dialog?

  • I do get that dialogue box in 2010.  But in 2013, it won't connnect, so I get the "offline" version.  Won't connect for templates either.  Pretty sure our proxy is blocking the 2013 traffic, but I don't know what URL to allow.

  • If I search for one of the templates I end up at you may try white listing that domain in your proxy to see if that gives any results.

    I'm guessing this is occurring for all computers installed with Office 2013 at your company?  Can you get "out" with Word or Excel?
