There seems to be no Vista drivers for this, but you can try installing the XP driver...

Also from the website, the onboard audio is a C-Media AC'97 Audio not ADI Sound Max AC'97

There seems to be multiple codecs. I'd recommend you use a magnifying glass to find out what C-Media chip is on your system and download one of the appropriate drivers below...

    ftp://ftp.biostar-usa.com/drivers/Audio/CI9739_512_WINXP.EXE

    CI9739_512_WINXP.EXE
    C-Media 9738/9739/9761 AC97 Codec driver
    5.12.01.0040 WinXP 17,534KB 2-5-04

    CI9761_512_WIN9XMENT42KXP.EXE
    C-Media CMI9761A AC97 CODEC driver
    5.12.01.0044 Win9X/ME/NT4/2K/XP 21,724KB 4-21-04
    VT823X_614_WIN98SEME2KXP.EXE
    VIA VT823x audio driver
    6.14.01.4000 Win98SE/ME/2K/XP 4,455KB 7-9-04
