  • Hi,

I’m wondering if you have tried with the following cmdlet in your SFB Mgmt shell when update the AlwaysOn databases?

Install-CsDatabase -Update -ConfiguredDatabases -SqlServerFqdn [sqlpool.contoso.com] -Verbose

Note: Where sqlpool.contoso.com should be the FQDN of AlwaysOn Availability group.

If it still persists, please try to check the following service and restart them again:

Type Services into the start menu search box. In Services, scroll down to "Remote Procedure Call" and make sure the status says "Started", and set to Automatic.

The second "RPC Locator" should be set to "Manual".

If the issue persists, please check if there is a firewall blocking the communication, and as a workaround you may perform an online scan on your computer and check if the error message is caused due to malware or any virus.
