Hi,
From your etl file, we could see the avp.exe and taskhostex.exe take up much CPU.
Please disable your avp.exe antivirus temporarily and disable the task to check the result.
You could use
Process Explorer and hover overt the taskhostex.exe entry. Now you get a tooltip which shows all Scheduled tasks which are started by the taskhostex.exe.
If you don't like the task, start the task scheduler and disable the tasks.
