Search for a short word that is commonly part of a longer word RRS feed

    I'm trying to search for the word "par", but I'm getting a lot of hits on words such as "parent". I assume I could accomplish this search in Outlook's advanced search workflow, but I have a lot of terms to search for, and I was hoping to string together a search such as "term1" OR "term2" OR "par" without having to create a complicated advanced search. 

    Anyone have any ideas? I can't find any syntax that will accomplish this. If only I could use regex.

    Hi,

    You may try searching for par with double quotation marks "par" and see whether it helps.
