  • Hi Egidukas.ci,

Do you use an Microsoft account or local account?

If you are using Microsoft account as your Windows login account, we could refer to the article When you can't sign in to your Microsoft account to reset Microsoft account.

If you are using a local account as Windows login account, make sure you input the corrupt password, pay attention to the capital letter and special character.

If you forgot the password, we need to reset password to login Windows, but it will remove all of your data.

If you could make sure you enter the right password through visible icon, but Windows regards it as a wrong password, please try to restart your computer and check again.

Even through some third party software could avoid removing data to make your change password, but it will bring virus risk and would leak your personal information.

By the way, please backup your data at a regular time just in case of disaster.

    Bests,
